How long does shipping take?
Your neon sign will take 5-10 business days to be delivered.
This is because we make all our neon signs by hand and to order.
If you're placing an urgent order (3-5 business days), select this shipping method at checkout.
What does each package contain?
- Your neon sign mounted on a custom-made methacrylate base.
- Two meter cable (you can request more/less using the additional notes field).
- Mounting screws
- A remote control to adjust the intensity of the neon light if you ordered an RGB neon light. If you need or want a remote for a single-color neon light, just ask and we'll be happy to assist you.

how to install a neon
The acrylic base comes with pre-drilled holes that you can use to mount your neon to any wall or ceiling. You can follow these simple steps:
1. Measure the area where you want to install your neon and mark it.
2. Drill a few small holes.
3. Use the screws provided in the package to mount the neon on the wall.
4. Plug the neon into a power source and you're done!
