How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes 5-10 business days.
This is because we make all our neon signs by hand and to order.
If you're placing an urgent order (3-5 business days), please select this shipping method on the checkout page.
What does each package contain?
- Your neon sign mounted on a custom-made acrylic backboard.
- Two meter-long cable (you can request more/less as needed)
- Mounting screws
- A remote control to adjust the brightness and different lighting patterns

How to install a neon sign?
All signs come with pre-drilled holes, making it easy to mount your sign on any wall or ceiling. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Measure and mark the spot where you want to install your neon.
2. Drill holes roughly 6mm deep.
3. Use the screws provided in the package to mount the sign to the wall.
4. Plug your custom neon sign into a power source and that's it!
