How long does shipping take?
Your backlit body will take between 5 to 10 business days to be delivered.
This is because we make all our signs custom and on request.
If you need your order to arrive sooner, we also offer 3-5 day and 48-72 hour shipping.
Note: Delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla takes between 7 and 12 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may experience customs delays beyond our control.
What does each package contain?
- Your body letters with the selected options.
- Installation material (screws, adhesive tape...)
- The illuminated option includes a two-meter cable (you can order more/less using the additional notes field), plus a remote control.

How to install your body letters
Each type of installation is carried out differently:
- Screws and Adhesive Tape:
- A template of the design will be provided, which you can place on the wall.
- Place the adhesive tape behind the letters.
- Glue/screw the letters onto the template like a puzzle.
- Remove template.
- Steel cable:
- Measure the distance between the two holes where the cables will go.
- Replicate the distance on the ceiling.
- Then you will have to make the holes and install the sign.
*The steel cable installation method can only be used if the letters have a base.
