In this short guide, we'll explain the different installation methods and acrylic bases you can choose from when ordering your neon sign.
Acrylic Bases
Let's start by explaining acrylic bases! These are the shapes we typically offer:
Form-fitting: Acrylic base surrounds the neon silhouette.
Rectagular: rectangular shape around the neon (rounded corners).
Custom color and shape: You can choose a completely custom acrylic shape in the "Additional Notes" section when placing your order, or contact us by clicking here. You can also choose from six different base colors (more information at the end of this guide). NOTE: This type of base is more expensive than the others; don't hesitate to contact us to ask about the difference.
Installation options
Wall mounting: For this option, we drill small holes in the acrylic base that you can use to attach the neon sign to the wall with screws. For those who aren't comfortable installing screws into the wall, we can also include strong stickers that you can use instead of screws.
Hanging from the ceiling: We can include a kit to hang your neon from the ceiling.
Hanging on the wall: With this option, you can hang the neon sign on the wall, just like a painting.
Acrylic base: our colors
You can also choose the color of the acrylic base you'd like. We currently offer white, black, gold, yellow, reflective (mirror-like!), or clear.
