How long does shipping take?
Our free shipping takes between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered.
This is because we make all our neons by hand and to order.
If you need your order to arrive sooner, we also ship in 3-5 days and 48-72 hours.
Note: Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are between 7 to 12 working days. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may suffer delays due to customs that do not depend on us.

How to install a neon sign
The acrylic base comes with pre-drilled holes that you can use to mount your neon on any wall or ceiling. You can follow these simple steps:
1. Measure the area where you want to install your neon and mark it.
2. Drill 6mm holes.
3. Use the screws provided in the package to mount the neon on the wall.
Connect the neon to a power source and you're done!
